Ductile Iron Pipe:
Ductile Iron is used in potable water mains and water treatment works (Blue – EN 545) and also in sewer mains and waste water treatment works (Red – EN 598). Size range from a diameter of 80mm up to 1000mm and are produced in accordance with British Standards BS EN 545 and BS EN 598. This product range is BSI registered and produced under the Kitemark license.
We supply a comprehensive range of ductile iron pipe for use in both the water and sewerage industry. Ductile iron can be used in applications both above and below ground providing a broad range of solutions to specific installation demands.

Ductile Iron Fittings:
We offer a comprehensive range of high quality socketed and flanged ductile iron jointing fittings including bends, tees, tapers, ransition peices and blank ends. These fittings can be supplied in Socketed, Flanged, Rotating flange and Mechanical joint types with sizes from 80mm up to 1000mm. Fittings are produced in accordance with British Standards BS EN 598 (Red) and BS EN 545 (Black & Blue).

Mechanical Couplings & Adaptors:
We provide a comprehensive range of pipe mechanical couplings and flange adaptors for use in many pipeline installations above and below ground serving potable water, waste water, gas, petrochemical, and oil industries.
Sizes range from 50mm up to 5000mm large diameter couplings, rated up to PN100 depending on the size of the product. The products are WRAS approved and conform to British Standard specifications EN12842 and EN 14525.
With our extensive experience in pipe and coupling manufacture we can advise on product application on flexible and rigid pipelines. Please advise your material type and size and we will be able to offer the correct product for the application.

Pipe Repair Clamps:
Our repair clamps can be designed to withstand low, medium and high pressure applications. The repair clamp can be supplied with a ring seal for localised damage or a full waffle mat with stainless steel side armour for added protection.
They can be installed on the pipeline without the need for a costly shut down using captive bolts for simple, yet effective installation. As we understand the implications of a burst pipe, we operate an emergency response service and can organise manufacture and deliver repair clamps within 24 hours.
